摘要：Reverse logistics is still a novelty concept for many companies and professionals that can be defined as the process of managing return process of end-of-life productos from customers to a point for recapturing value or proper disposal. This study is focused on the design and evaluation of a recovery system for packaging materials in a company belonging to an important business group. This reverse logistics system generates economic and environmental advantages, and insights that can be used by other companies.
