摘要:Traditionally, packaging has been designed to protect products. However, consolidation of new customer needs has favoured consideration of new requirements at the design and development stage of packaging, namely, commercial, logistics and environmental requirements. Packaging should be seen as a tool for communicating the product's differential advantages, for implementing cost reduction policies, and for tackling the problem of packaging waste. In this context, the objective of this paper is to establish a management model for the design of packaging in the supply chain.
