摘要:Industrial design is a valuable resource that firms can use to gain or maintain their competitive advantages. However, for several reasons, firms are not aware of it. With the purpose of contributing to achieve new insights into the relevance of industrial design in firms, this article shows the opinion and perception that a group of managers, experts in industrial design, have about the benefits of integrating this variable in their business strategy.
