摘要:In the current business context, practices focused on personnel training and development constitute key tools for managers. This work analyzes the efficacy of a new technique related to personnel training and development: coaching. Using a sample of 40 SMEs, the effects of executive coaching have been studied in depth to highlight its impact on the implementation of processes for improvement within companies.
