摘要:The present work describes the structure of the Spanish glass packaging industry derived from the last corporative operations. Nowadays this industry constitutes an oligopoly formed by three groups of foreign capital and one national group. Moreover, this study justifies the convenience of a low cost strategy and analyzes the investment process and the necessary actions for its implementation, as well as the incorporation of information technologies to control the cost factors of each activity.
