摘要：The aim of this paper is, starting form the advantages and the barriers for their development, describe the intermediate figures whose aim is to go beyond such barriers. Specifically, it is possible to find some of them in universities: a) technological transfer offices, b) university-supported incubator organizations and c) technological institutes. Likewise, we describe other figures linked to the industry.
