摘要:The evolution, during these last 30 years, of the World Bank cooperation with the brazilian education sector shows that it has extended its actions from technical and financial support to an ever more political role, preparing coountry and sector policies which have impacted on the decision-making process in the nations requesting the Bank's financial support. This stuty seeks to identify the reality of international projects allowing the edutational community to take account the ideological and conceptual basis, which have restricting and restraining effects on the present educational policies, specially those refered teacher's training process.
