  • 摘要:The author, an outsider on the field of sociodrama, carries out critical reflections on possibilities of its utilization as a method for practices of information, education and communication on Health. This analysis aims the possibility of its implementation on the daily work of health workers, whose training usually lacks this practice. The author starts from a paradigm based on the realization of the need of an interdisciplinary approach to day-life problems of the target actors on the Health-Disease Process, reaching the tremendous potentialities of pedagogical sociodrama. Its contribution goes beyond the rescue of creativity and spontaneity. Its dynamical work is deeply interactive and intersubjective, since action-expression ans sensation can be present simultaneously. Also, in a similar way to ludic dynamics, the continuum between individual and social-internalized realms is recognized. Sociodrama deals also with emotions and the symbolic load associated to sentiments, which are fundamental principles on Vygotsky's work. The author recalls various possible theoretical and practical links between Moreno's pioneer work and scientific streams. There are links of sociodrama with symbolic interactionism and its intersubjective definition of reality, with phenomenology, with Lewin's study of the dynamics of groups interaction, and with social constructivism on social sciences. Also, the political dimension implicit in a more democratic and horizontal practice of education is highlighted, since it recalls Paulo Freire's pedagogy. Perhaps sociodrama's main limitation is the way in which it deals with the social macro-strutural realm. It is not enough to solve individual and micro-social issues, if they represent epiphenomena of social exclusion as a result of perverse structures. In order to solve this issue, it is recommended to have in mind, as a goal for pedagogical sociodrama, the restitution of whole citizenship to actors. This will avoid the reductionism of sterile and alienant psychologisms, pushed away from the objectives of health promotion.
