摘要：Este trabalho busca analisar a implementação do Programa de Estímulo à Reestruturação e ao Fortalecimento das Instituições de Ensino Superior (Proies), lançado em 2012, articulando-o às demais ações do Governo Federal, tais como o Programa Universidade para Todos (Prouni) e o Fundo de Financiamento do Estudante do Ensino Superior (Fies) que, desde a década de 1990, visam ampliar o acesso ao ensino superior e, simultaneamente, promovem o processo de ‘empresariamento’ da educação, estabelecendo novas relações entre Estado e iniciativa privada.
其他摘要：The article seeks to analyze the implementation of the Program of Incentive to the Restructuring and Strengthening Institutions of Higher Education (Proies), released in 2012, linking it to other actions of the Federal Government, such as the University for All Program (Prouni) and the Fund for the Financing of Higher Education Students (Fies), which, since the 1990s, aim to broaden access to higher education and simultaneously promote the process of ‘entrepreneurship’ in education, establishing new relations between the State and private enterprise.
