摘要：Os dados apresentados neste trabalho estão incluídos em nossa tese de doutoramento em Geografia pela UFSC - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Destacando que em nosso trabalho buscamos analisar a dinâmica da rede urbana de Francisco Beltrão – Paraná, rede na qual se insere o centro de Dois Vizinhos. Este centro urbano é o segundo mais dinâmico da rede, ficando somente atrás de Francisco Beltrão, conforme o REGIC (IBGE, 2008). O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar ao leitor uma análise da dinâmica urbano-regional de Dois Vizinhos, ao mesmo tempo, demonstrando como esta centralidade se insere na rede urbana. Vale lembrar que, comungamos da opinião da professora Fresca (1990, 2000, 2001, 2009, 2010), na qual somente a partir da inserção de uma dada cidade na rede urbana é que poderemos falar se a mesma é uma cidade local, pequena, média, etc. Importante, destacar que, a inserção na rede urbana é analisada a partir da dinâmica das atividades produtivas e que, a complexidade da rede está associada à divisão territorial do trabalho, engendrada por ações, intervenções e estratégias de atores econômicos locais, políticos, sociais, sem esquecer-se da elite local.
其他摘要：The data presented in this work are included in our doctoral thesis in geography from UFSC-Federal University of Santa Catarina. Highlighting that in our work we seek analyze the dynamics of the urban network of Francisco Beltran - Paraná, network in which it insert the center of Dois Vizinhos. This urban center is the second most dynamic of network, staying behind only Francisco Beltrão, according to REGIC (IBGE, 2008). The purpose of this article is to present the reader with an analysis of the urban-regional dynamics of two neighbors, at the same time, demonstrating how this centrality is inserted in the urban network. Remember that, we share the opinion of Professor Fresca (1990, 2000, 2001, 2009, 2010), in which only from the insertion of a given city in the urban network is that we can talk if the same is a local city, small, medium, etc. It is important to emphasize that the insertion in the urban network is analyzed from the dynamics of productive activities and that, the complexity of the network is associated with the territorial division of labor, engendered by actions, interventions and strategies of actors economic, politicians, social, without forgetting the local elite.
