摘要：As Instituições Educativas da Província Marista/RS buscam melhorar resultados de sustentabilidade e competitividade através da inovação em modelos de gestão.Contudo, a quantidade de novos religiosos orientados à gestão é menor do que a velocidade de crescimento e de profissionalização da rede e requer maior presença de executivos leigos.Assim, objetiva-se identificar atributos de liderança necessários nos executivos da instituição para que consigam lidar com os desafios futuros.
其他摘要：Educational institutions of Marista Province/RS improve their results of sustainability and competitiveness mainly innovating in its management model. However, the amount of religious with a vocation for management is smaller than the growth rate and the professionalization of its network, so the company increasingly requires lay executives. Thus, the article aims to identify leadership skills needed in the institution’s executives to handle the challenges ahead.
