摘要：Os dados oficiais dão conta de que as políticas públicas de gênero efetivaram-se no Brasil a partir de 2003.No Rio Grande do Sul, tem sido o atual governo o mais atuante e que provocou maiores mudanças nessa área.Como docentes do Curso de Psicologia da Universidade Luterana do Brasil (ULBRA) Torres e militantes no enfrentamento das diferenças de gênero, decidimos investigar o que tem sido feito no âmbito do ensino de gênero nas universidades.Questionamo-nos sobre as diretrizes da educação, e o quanto elas contemplam a discussão e reflexão sobre o tema gênero entre alunos e alunas de cursos superiores.Nossa intenção, com este trabalho, é ir além da investigação, pensando estratégias para que o ensino de gênero nas universidades seja uma realidade possível e que promova a dialogicidade do espaço acadêmico com o espaço social comunitário.Diálogo este que se propõe através do Projeto de Extensão Universitária Cinderela Está Tendo Ideias, que utiliza o teatro como ferramenta para o ensino e discussão de gênero entre alunos, alunas e comunidade.Ao longo do trabalho, apresentamos o projeto e fazemos a discussão desta matéria através de uma pesquisa-ação, amparada pelas Teorias de Gênero e da Psicologia Social Histórico-Crítica.
其他摘要：The official data realize that publics policies of gender are effectively implemented in Brazil since 2003. In Rio Grande do Sul, the actual government has been the most active and caused major changes in this area. As teachers of the Psychology Course of ULBRA TORRES and militants in fighting of differences of gender, we decided to investigate what has been done in the context of gender education in universities. We questioned about the guidelines of education and how much they include the discussion and reflections on the theme gender between students of higher education. Our intention with this work is to go beyond of research, planning strategies for teaching gender in the universities is a possible reality and that promotes in academic space the dialogcity with the community social space. This dialogue which aims through University Extension Project Cinderella is Taking Ideas. Using the theatre as an instrument for teaching and discussion of gender among students and community. Throughout the work, we present the project and make a discussion of this topic though an action – research, supported by The Gender Theory and Social Psychology History Critical.
