摘要：This paper attempts to bring answers to some questions that are born , more quickly , on how Romania manages to cope with EU requirements . The paper does not claim to treat exhaustively the proposed issue , but attempts to present a balanced and understandable manner the decisive role that regional policy plays in the effective implementation of Europe 2020 , based of the situation in Romania.
