摘要：Phaeohyphomycosis is an uncommon mycotic infection caused bydematiaceous fungi. We report a 53-year-old male who presented withphaeohyphomycosis on his upper extremities, 6 months after renaltransplantation. Biopsy revealed pigmented moniliform hyphae and cultures grew Exophialaoligosperma . The lesions completely resolved after 3 months of treatmentwith posaconazole.
