摘要：Ýbrahim Temo (1865-1945), Osmanlý/Türk siyasi hayatýnýn önemli figürlerinden biri olmasýna raðmen Türkiye'de þimdiye kadar hak ettiði ilgiyi görememiþtir. Ýttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti'nin 1/1 numaralý kurucusu olarak Türkiye'nin o zamana kadar ki en önemli siyasi oluþumunun ortaya çýkmasýnda baþrol oynayan biri hakkýnda þimdiye kadar yeterli araþtýrma ve akademik yayýnýn yapýlmamýþ olduðu görülmektedir. Bu makalenin amacý Ýbrahim Temo gibi Osmanlýcýlýk idealine inanmýþ Arnavut kökenli bir Osmanlý aydýnýnýn cemiyetin kuruluþundan 6 yýl sonra II. Abdülhamit'in baskýsýndan kaçarak Romanya'ya geliþi ve Romen tabiyetine geçerek Jön Türk hareketinin Balkan (Rumeli) teþkilatýný kurmasý, Osmanlý yönetiminin anayasal düzene yeniden kavuþmasý için verdiði mücadeleyi ortaya koymaktýr.
其他摘要：Although he was an important figure in the Ottoman/ Turkish political life, Ibrahim Temo (1865-1945) has not attract the attention that he deserved so far. It is observed that, so far, there has not been sufficient research and academic publication about Temo who played the leading role, as number 1/1 founder, in the construction of the Turkey's most important political organization at that time which was called Union and Progress.The aim of this study is to bring up the struggle, for bringing the constitutional regime back to the empire again, of Ibrahim Temo, who at first believed in the ideal of Ottomanism as an Albanian intellectual, and later who escaped to Romania from the repressive regime of Abdulhamid the II and who gave vital efforts in the foundation of the Balkan (Rumelia) branch of the Young Turk movement after getting the Romanian nationality.
