摘要：Kadý sicilleri, Osmanlý sosyal tarih çalýþmalarýnýn mühim kaynaklarý arasýnda yer almaktadýr. Ancak, bu makalenin konusunu teþkil eden Ýstanbul Kýsmet-i Askeriye Mahkemesi'nin 316 numaralý sicili diðerlerinden tamamen farklý bir muhtevaya sahiptir. Bu sicil, 1768 yýlýnda baþlayan Osmanlý-Rus harbinin ilk yýlýna dair muhtelif kayýtlarýn derlenmesiyle oluþmuþtur. Osmanlý ve Rus taraflarýnýn savaþ hakkýndaki beyannâmeleri, diðer devletlerle diplomatik yazýþmalarý, Yedikule'de hapsedilmiþ Rus elçisinin takrirleri, Osmanlýnýn Rus ordusu hakkýnda haber kaynaklarý, Leh müttefikleriyle Osmanlý idarecilerinin münasebetleri, geçmiþ döneme ait bazý ahidnâmeler ve savaþla ilgili diðer hususlardaki belgeler, 86 varak uzunluðundaki sicilin içeriðini teþkil etmektedir. Araþtýrmada sicil hakkýnda genel bilgilerle birlikte tarafýmýzca hazýrlanan fihriste yer verilerek seçilmiþ bazý önemli kayýtlar neþredilmiþtir.
其他摘要：Court registers constitute one of the important sources of the field of Ottoman social history. The registers we analyze in this article -Istanbul Kýsmet-i Askeriye Mahkemesi, no. 316-, however, differs from others in content; it is a compilation of miscellaneous entries, all belonging to the first year of the Ottoman-Russian War (1768). This register is composed of 86 folios and contains various documents on war and diplomacy. These include Ottoman and Russian official declarations of war, Ottoman diplomatic correspondence with foreign states, memoranda of the Russian ambassador kept in the dungeons Yedikule (Seven Towers), documents on Ottoman military intelligence about the Russian war efforts as well as on relations with the Polish ally, past treaties, and finally, documents concerning the ongoing war. A description of the register will be followed by the index of the entries we have prepared and a selection of entries, which, we deem, illustrate the importance of the register.
