摘要：Ýlk olarak Fransa'da kurulmuþ olan Jandarma teþkilatýnýn Fransa ile rekabet halindeki Avusturya-Macaristan Ýmaparatorluðu'na ihraç þekli Osmanlý Ýmparatorluðu'ndan farklýdýr. Jandarma sistemi Avusturya-Macaristan Ýmparatorluðu'na fetih ve istila yolu ile geçerken Osmanlý Ýmparatorluðu bu sistemi gönüllü olarak uygulamaya baþladý. Ýki imparatorluðun uygulama vesileleri farklý fakat ihtiyaçlarý ayný idi.
其他摘要：The adaptation of gendarmerie system, which was first established in France, was different in Austria-Hungary and the Ottoman Empire because of the way this system was adapted in these two empires. While the gendarmerie system came to Austria-Hungary Empire through the French invasion, the Ottoman Empire voluntarily adapted it. The cause of this adaptation was different in these two empires but they both needed it.
