摘要：Osmanlý arþiv belgeleri ýþýðýnda hazýrlanan bu makalede Balkan Savaþlarý sýrasýnda baþlayan Anadolu'ya toplu göçün örtaya çýkardýðý temel problemler ve yerel yöneticilerin aldýklarý tedbirler ele alýnmaktadýr. Makalede göçmen sayýsýnýn yoðunluðu ve göç süresinin kýsa oluþu nedeniyle iþlemlerin yürütülmesinin zorlaþtýðý ve tüm tedbirlere raðmen istenen olumlu neticelerin alýnamadýðý tespit edilmiþtir. Göçlerin ardýndan baþlayan Birinci Dünya Savaþý ile de sorunlarýn boyutu daha da artmýþtýr.
其他摘要：Relying on Ottoman archival documents, this article examines problems caused by the mass migration to Anatolia during Balkan Wars and the precautions of local Ottoman officials to deal with these problems. The article argues that the masive number of refugees and quick arrival of migrants made it harder to deal with the problems and despite all preparations the expected positive outcome could not be reached. As World War I started the scope of the problems grew bigger.
