摘要：Bu çalýþma Osmanlý Ýmparatorluðu'nda Tanzimat ve Meþrutiyet dönemlerinde halka eðitim götürme yöntemlerini inceleyerek, birkaç farklý yöntemin halkýn eðitim seviyesini artýrmada etkin rol oynadýðýný tespit etmektedir.
其他摘要：This article examines the education methods employed by the Ottoman Empire to expand public education to all layers of society in the tanzimat (reorganization) and the constitutional monarch periods and illustrates that the employment of various methods were effective to improve the educational level of the public.
