摘要：This paper presents the modeling, design and implementation of a learning platform in Cameroon. This platform contains structured knowledge acquisition modules as well as teaching, learning and assessment modules to promote a constructive learning. The objective of this project is to show how ICT can be used to improve teaching and learning with modern digital tools. This will result into enabling teaching of the official computer curriculum in secondary schools at the national level. A second objective of the project is to put in place a set of ICT based administrative and managerial tools that will guide the day-to-day activities of a secondary school. This will aid in generating informations accessible from all levels of the educational system and all its related departments and partners. This project will aim at promoting ICT accessibility in the educational system while contributing to reducing the digital divide.
