摘要：Reducing greenhouse gas emissions, increasing the share of renewables in energy mix and improving energy efficiency are the main objectives of EU’s sustainable growth strategy. Taking into account these targets for 2020, but also those proposed for 2030 and 2050, this paper presents some of the impacts of European transition to a low-carbon and resource-efficient economy on labour market. Besides presenting the driving forces behind this greening process and their expected employment impact, this article highlights a wide range of challenges regarding some jobs and skills redefinitions.
