摘要：In the last years we witnessed the continuous growth of local public resources, while public authorities from territorial-administrative units diversified their structures in order to achieve all the tasks that have been transferred. As a result, the position of subordinated public institutions was strengthened by increasing their number and volume of resources developed by them. In this paper we propose to highlight the features of the financial management of public funds by public institutions of local subordination in the context of decentralization in Romania.
