摘要：This study is meant to evaluate the financial equilibrium in the states recently adhered to EU, on the years 2000 and 2005 and to mention dynamic factors of the phenomenon. In order to observe the situations of these countries in the European community, as well as in the world, comparisons have been made with the average level of EMU states; also a comparison has been made of the average level of the EMU states with the level of the greatest economic powers of the world.
