摘要:The purpose of this paper is to present some results in our research concerning intergenerational learning in the Romanian universities. We have been interested in the evaluation of the internal stakeholder’s awareness concerning implementing intergenerational learning tools in order to increase the level of organizational knowledge and the retention of knowledge from the old professors who retire. As a case study we shall present the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. We performed an age spectrum analysis at the level of the whole university, an evaluation of the team spirit at the level of a certain department, and an evaluation of the decision makers awareness concerning intergenerational learning as a process, and needs of implementing intergenerational learning tools in order to increase the knowledge level of the university.
