摘要：The article analyzes current status of and development trends in the power industry in a competitive electricity market. The most probable scenario of structural and technological modernization of the power industry and restructuring of the energy market are discussed. Technological foresight methods, allowing the development of parametric models of technological development of the industry have been studied.
