摘要：Early XXth century, in Europe, marks the opening of economic thinking towards the negative effects of excessive industrialization: pollution, resource depletion, demographic factor degradation. Thus appeared so many theories that stated that in order to improve these negative effects the ecological behavior must be stimulated. Over time, the economic theories were stratified leading to two broad categories.
