摘要：Este artículo reseña por primera vez en lengua castellana una reciente teoría integrativa de la personalidad, la cual ha generado una gran cantidad de investigación no solamente en Alemania sino también en el ámbito internacional: la teoría de la interacción de sistemas de la personalidad (Personality Systems Interaction [psi]) (Kuhl, 2000, 2001). Aquí describimos siete niveles funcionales de la personalidad, cuatro macrosistemas cognitivos (memoria de intención, memoria de extensión, control intuitivo de conducta y reconocimiento de objetos) y dos supuestos de modulación afectiva (afecto positivo y afecto negativo), que determinan la interacción entre los sistemas. La teoría no solamente es integrativa a nivel psicológico y neurobiológico sino también tiene una amplia gama de aplicaciones en la clínica, la educación y en las organizaciones.
其他摘要：This article reviews, for the first time in the Spanish Language, a recent personality integrative theory, which has generated and continues to generate a great amount of research, not only in Germany but internationally: The Personality Systems Interactions (psi) theory (Kuhl, 2000, 2001). In this paper the main elements of the theory are described: The seven functional personality levels, the four cognitive macrosystems (intention memory, extension memory, intuitive behavioral control, and object recognition system), and the two aff ective modulation assumptions (positive aff ect and negative aff ect) which determine the systems interactions. This theory is not only integrative at a psychological and neurobiological level but it also has an extensive range of applications in clinical psychology, in education, and in organizational psychology.
