摘要：Desde que momento os bens de natureza imaterial passaram a compor o rol de preocupações do Iphan? Essa é a questão central do artigo proposto que, do ponto de vista temático, busca refletir sobre o ofício das Paneleiras de Goiabeiras, um grupo de artesãos de Vitória (ES), que fabrica panelas de barro com a característica “sem torno nem forno”, isto é, sem o uso de molde e a queima feita em fogueiras. Tal ofício foi registrado, em 2002, no Livro dos Saberes do Iphan. Portanto, o objetivo é discutir as políticas patrimoniais desse instituto acerca dos bens imateriais a partir do estudo de caso indicado.
其他摘要：At what period did immaterial heritage become an issue for the IPHAN? It is the most relevant issue in current essay which, from the thematic point of view, investigates the work of the Paneleiras de Goiabeiras, or rather, a team of artisans in Vitória ES Brazil, who manufacture earthenware pans without the use of lathes or kilns. The artifacts are manufactured without molds and they are fired on bonfires. Manufacture was registered in 2002 in the IPHAN´s Book of Knowledge. Current essay discusses the Institute´s heritage policies on immaterial goods from the above-mentioned case study.
