摘要：A identificação das possibilidades de inovação em turismo em uma localidade deve ser feita levan-do em conta o contexto local, expresso pelas crenças, conhecimentos comuns entre outros fatores. Por suas características, o turismo em base local se enquadra na abordagem divergente da inovação em turismo, pro-posta por Hjalager (2010). Nela, o turismo está centrado na comunidade e os indivíduos inseridos nela são agentes ativos no e do seu desenvolvimento e a experiência turística, voltada para os autóctones, apresenta-se como a verdadeira inovação. No artigo também analisamos a inovação a partir da teoria sócio-histórica e cultural apregoada por Vigotski (1996), entendendo que o desenvolvimento humano se dá nos processos de interação e mediação a partir das trocas com o coletivo, atribuindo à inovação um caráter coletivo, sendo a aprendizagem mediadora das relações dentro da atividade e entre os participantes. Objetivamos identificar os sentidos e significados de inovação na prática de produção associada ao turismo da Colônia Witmarsum--PR. Foram utilizadas entrevistas, observações e filmagens e a apreensão dos significados atribuídos pelos indivíduos envolvidos nas atividades foi realizada pela constituição de Núcleos de Significação, metodologia proposta por Aguiar e Ozella (2006). O resultado da análise permitiu identificar um potencial significativo para inovação divergente.
其他摘要：The identification of opportunities for innovation in tourism from the locally based tourism should be made taking into account the local context, expressed the belief, common knowledge among other factors. Due to its characteristics, tourism in local base fits the divergent approach to innovation in tourism, proposed by Hjalager (2010). In this approach, tourism is centered on the community and the individuals within it are active agents in and of its development. In this paper we adopt the theory socio-historical and cultural trum-peted by Vygotsky (1996), understanding that human development occurs in the processes of interaction and mediation from exchanges with the collective, configured as collective innovation. Is central in this analysis is the concept of learning as mediator of relations within and between activity participants. We aimed to identify the meanings of innovation in the practice of tourism-related production of Colony Witmarsum. We used interviews, observations and footage, and the apprehension of the meanings attributed by individuals involved in the activities was carried out by formation of cores of meaning, methodology proposed by Aguiar and Ozella (2006). The result of the analysis identified significant potential for divergent innovation.
