摘要：Se apunta hacia la comprensión de los procesos que acompañaron el funcionamiento de la Cámara de la Construcción del Zulia, en sus cincuenta años; su inserción en el contexto histórico nacional y su papel relevante en el desarrollo regional. Acompañando el análisis de fuentes primarias, se utilizó el testimonio oral como fuente complementaria para la reconstrucción del proceso. En el análisis se evidenció la capacidad de la Institución para reorientar y adaptar sus metas frente a los acontecimientos político-económicos del país, en resguardo de los intereses de sus agremiados y de la actividad constructiva de la Región. Se distinguieron etapas tomando como referencia los objetivos y estrategias planteados por las diferentes gestiones.
其他摘要：This report is oriented towards the comprehension of the processes that took place throughout the performance of the Zulia Construction Chamber during its fifty years of existance, its insertion in the countrys historical context, and the important role of this social organization in the development of the Region. Along with the analysis of primary sources, oral testimony was used as a complementary instrument for the reconstruction of the process. There was an evidence in the analysis of the institutions capability to redirect and adapt its goals, taking into consideration the politiceconomic situation in the country; as well as its intention of guarding the union workers and the regional construction activitys interests. Stages were differenciated, taking the objectives and strategies suggested by the different managements as references.
