摘要：El artículo estudia a los músicos que tocaban en el cabildo catedral. Primero analiza qué era el cabildo, cómo funcionaba, qué funciones tenía y quiénes lo integraban. Después se enfoca en los músicos, las relaciones entre ellos y las jerarquías que establecían, además, de la manera en que lograban ingresar como cantores o instrumentistas de la catedral. La parte más importante del artículo está dirigida a conocer y analizar las estrategias de los músicos para lograr incrementos de sueldos y obtener mayores beneficios. Esto se interpreta como la resistencia que tenían los músicos hacia las autoridades del cabildo.
其他摘要：The article studies the musicians who played in the cabildo of the Guadalajara's cathedral. First analyzes what was the cabildo, how it worked, what functions had and to the members that integrated it. Later focuses in the musicians, the relations among them, the hierarchies that they established and how they entered like instrumentalist or singers to the cathedral. The most important part of the article treat analyzes the strategies of the musicians to obtain increases of grounds and to obtain better benefits. This is interpreted like the resistance that had the musicians towards the authorities of the cabildo.
