摘要：Este trabajo presta atención a las trayectorias laborales seguidas por las mujeres mi-grantes cubanas en España, desde el interés por conocer si existen elementos quefaciliten y/o diferencien su inserción laboral. Para ello, y desde un análisis antropo-lógico, se planteó un abordaje cualitativo, con base etnográfica, con 31 entrevistasen profundidad entre 2010 y 2012. Como resultados principales se observa quesu elevada representación en el mercado laboral cubano, su amplia formación y sucapacidad de agencia a la hora de desarrollar estrategias para afrontar adversidades,han sido elementos de gran relevancia. A su vez, se destaca que la actual normativamigratoria cubana incide, en cierta medida, en el diseño de proyectos migratoriosindividualizados y de no retorno, lo que con frecuencia las aleja de sectores laboralesvinculados al trabajo reproductivo.
其他摘要：This study focuses on the career paths of migrant Cuban women in Spain and,in particular, attempts to determine whether there are elements that help or dif-ferentiate their access to the job market. To this end, an anthropological study wasmade using an ethnography-based qualitative approach. Between 2010 and 2012,a total of 31 in-depth interviews were conducted. The main results reveal that thefact that women are well represented in the Cuban job market, their good train-ing, and their ability to develop strategies to cope with adverse situations are allelements of considerable importance. In turn, it is pointed out that current Cubanmigratory regulations, to a certain extent, cause Cubans to plan their migrationwith no return in mind; this often distances them from job sectors involving re-productive work.
