摘要：El objetivo analizar una experiencia en la tutoría formativa presencial y el uso de tecnologías para generar y poner en línea grabaciones de au dio y escritur a mediante pluma electrónica. Los datos corresponden a 103 sesiones tutorales con 26 estudiantes universitarios y de la aplicación de instrumento a 7 estudiantes para conocer estrategias de consulta de las tutorías. Se analiza ro n las estrateg ias de ayuda y la forma en que se organi zó la gráfica y narrativa del tutor, el tiempo de las sesiones tutorales y la frecuencia consulta por parte del estudiante. El resultado fue el modelo que describe las estrategias gráficas y narrativas utilizadas por el tutor para el desarrollo de explicaciones. La consulta de la tutoría on-line es generalizada y recurrente y recurso útil para el estudia nte como ayuda al aprendizaje; la metodología de tutoría utilizada es una alternativa viable para la tutoría univer sitaria.
其他摘要：The purpose is to examine the ways in which the use of technology mediates professors’ tutoring practice at a public state university. Professors used a smart pen to record and share via internet audio and visual files derived from their taken notes and conversation with graduate students. Empirical data consisted of 103 tutoring sessions (recorded audios) in which 26 s tudents interacted with their tutor. In the records, we analyzed the ways in which the tutor implemented strategies of support and the organization of the graphic representations and narratives to explain specific topics to the student. As a result of this study, we present a model that explains the role that narratives and graphic representations play in the construction of explanations to discuss academic matters. We found that all students took advantage of the possibility to check, via on-line, their se ssion with the tutor as they could identify useful learning resources. Technology-mediated tutoring is an innovative and productive pedagogical practice at the higher education level.
