摘要：Dado su carácter social, las cooperativas son altamente susceptibles a la divulgación de memorias RSC. Sin embargo, en comparación a las sociedades mercantiles, éste es un campo con reducidas aportaciones en la literatura (especialmente respecto a su verificación). Mediante este estudio se pretende aportar nuevo conocimiento sobre el estado de la cuestión, explorando las prácticas adoptadas por las cooperativas de crédito españolas en relación a la publicación y verificación de memorias de RSC. Los resultados muestran como no está muy extendida la elaboración de memorias RSC estandarizadas ni su verificación. Por otro lado, cuando las cooperativas de crédito proporcionan información sobre su RSC, divulgan especialmente datos sobre temas sociales.
其他摘要：Given their nature, cooperatives are highly likely to publish CSR reports. However, compared to commercial companies, few contributions to the subject are to be found in the literature, particularly with regard to the auditing of such reports. This study aims to contribute new knowledge on the state of the question by exploring the practices adopted by Spanish credit unions in relation to publishing and auditing CSR reports. The results show that neither the preparation of standardised CSR reports nor their auditing are very widespread. Also, when credit unions do provide CSR information they mainly publish data on social issues.
