摘要：O presente texto é uma cartografia do encontro de trabalhadores da rede de serviços de saúde, graduandos, pós-graduandos e docentes em um seminário na EERP-USP que discutiu a temática PSF e o desafio das práticas de saúde inclusivas e solidárias. Trata-se de uma produção coletiva, registrada num diário de bordo no qual foram relatados afectos e perceptos durante o seminário e analisados sob a perspectiva da mudança, mudança do agir e do próprio agente das práticas de saúde.
其他摘要：This article is a cartography of a meeting of the employees of the healthcare services network, graduate and post-graduate students and professors, at a seminar at EERP-USP, at which the PSF Family Health Program was discussed, as well as the challenge posed by inclusive and solidary health practices. It is a group production recorded in a log in which affections and perceptions were recorded during the course of the seminar and then analyzed from the perspective of change and changing the style of action, as well as of the healthcare practice agents themselves.
