摘要：Este artigo teve como objetivo analisar o itinerário dos usuários que tiveram acesso a medicamentos via judicial no estado do Amazonas, Brasil. Trata-se de estudo qualitativo, prospectivo, baseado em dados coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com usuários que receberam medicamentos via mandado judicial. A judicialização na saúde mostrouse um fator agregador ao reconhecimento dos direitos e da cidadania pelos usuários que, na sua trajetória de vida, acabaram adquirindo um grande aprendizado sobre formas de enfrentar a falta de acesso aos medicamentos. Conclui-se que a relação entre o sujeito e o Estado permanece desigual, e o direito à saúde se deu na dimensão individual e restritiva, desconsiderando a dimensão coletiva e a concepção de cidadania.
其他摘要：This paper had the aim of analyzing the itinerary of users who had access to medicines through judicial access in the state of Amazonas, Brazil. This was a qualitative prospective study based on data gathered through semi-structured interviews with users who received medications by means of court orders. Judicialization within healthcare was shown to be an aggregating factor with regard to recognition of users’ rights and citizenship, for users who, over the course of their lives, had acquiring great learning on how to overcome lack of access to medicines. It was concluded that the relationship between the subject and the State remains unequal and that the right to healthcare is given within an individual and restrictive dimension, while disregarding the collective dimension and the concept of citizenship.
