标题：PUESTA EN VALOR Y MANEJO INTEGRAL DEL PATRIMONIO. LA PROBLEMÁTICA SOCIO-AMBIENTAL DEL PARQUE ARQUEOLÓGICO PROVINCIAL LA TUNITA, SIERRA DE ANCASTI (CATAMARCA, ARGENTINA)

摘要：La puesta en valor del patrimonio arqueológico de una manera sustentable y armónica con el ambiente constituye un desafío actual. En el presente trabajo abordamos la problemática inherente a la gestión pa trimonial del Parque Arqueológico Provincial La Tunita (Dpto. Ancasti, Provincia de C atamarca), fi gura institucional a través de la cual se pretende proteger y poner en valor un espacio de relevancia arqueológica inmerso en un imponente bosque de cebil. En este contexto, se consideró pertinente promover un model o de gestión y puesta en valor tendiente a la protección integral del patrimonio cultural y natural. Se impulsan estrategias que posibiliten la expresión de otras s ubjetividades y el empoderamiento de los sectores subalternos de la sociedad, indagando en la ma nera de hacer visibles miradas alternativas y/o complementarias de los discursos autori zados y legitimados por la ciencia y el Estado. Esperamos favorecer la acción social y la apropiación simbólica del lugar, como una manera de contribuir a la construcción del territorio, reconociendo la dimensión social de la problemá tica. La perspectiva adoptada conlleva nuevos y complejos desafíos en materia de admi nistración y gestión del patrimonio, requiriendo la creación de un capita l social a partir de la participación comunitaria en la institución que se promueve, in volucrándola en el juego de relaciones de poder que genera el acceso, control y u so del patrimonio. En este contexto, damos cuenta de las pautas generales que orie ntan el proyecto que nos ocupa e indagamos en las causas que conspiran contra el mismo.
其他摘要：The sustainable and harmonious archaeological heri tage management fi tted with landscape constitutes a real challenge. In the present paper, we give account of the matters involved in the administrati on of archaeological heritage geographically located in La Tunita Archaeological Provincial Park (Dpto. Ancasti, Province of Catamarca, Argentina), which is a jurid ical institution throughout we pretend to protect and give value to an archaeologi cal locality like La Tunita, formed by several caves and rockshelters with rock art dating from Middle Period. In this context, we considered interesting to promote a cultural heritage management model, which involved both cultural and natural landscapes. We pretend to favor strategies to allow the expression of other subjectivities in order to favor empowering processes of subaltern sectors of society to build visible alternative or complementary glances of speeches au thorized and legitimized by Science and the State. We expect to favor the so cial action and the symbolic appropriation of the place as a way to contribute t o the social built of territory from which it forms a part, and recognizing the soc ial dimension of the problem as well. The perspective adopted here has new and c omplexes challenges in relation to administrative questions on cultural he ritage, requiring the generation of a social capital by means of communitarian parti cipation. Thus, community will have to involve in power relationships to gain access, control, and use of heritage.
