摘要：La inclusión digital se enfoca en el aprovechamiento delos beneficios que ofrece la sociedad de la informacióna todos los ciudadanos, independientemente de sucondición de salud, económica, edad, género o ubicacióngeográfica. Para identificar los factores que afectan sudesarrollo se analizaron diferentes teorías, específica-mente: análisis de brecha digital, sociales y de investi-gación, y de inequidades digitales y la e-inclusión. Loanterior permitió establecer factores esenciales parala e-inclusión: las características individuales de la po-blación, el acceso a la infraestructura de tecnología deinformación y comunicación, las habilidades digitales, lamotivación y el uso de productos de servicios digitales.
其他摘要：Digital inclusion focuses on taking advantage of the ben-efits of information society by all citizens, regardless oftheir health or economic condition, age, gender or geo-graphic location. In order to identify the factors affectingthe development of digital inclusion, different theorieswere analyzed, specifically the theories of: analysis ofdigital divide, social and research theories, and digitalinequities and e-inclusion. This allowed determining thefactors related to the e-inclusion: the individual charac-teristics of the population, access to the infrastructureof information and communication technology, digitalskills, motivation and the use of digital services.
