摘要：El presente artículo es resultado de una investigación condocentes del programa de Psicología de la Universidad deNariño. El objetivo fue el desarrollo del pensamiento críticoen dichos docentes. El estudio se planteó bajo los parámet-ros de una investigación acción. Los resultados muestranque este tipo de pensamiento es una necesidad en todoslos profesionales y que la mejor forma de desarrollarlo estrabajando con los docentes universitarios que tienen latarea de formar a los futuros profesionales. En este sentido,los resultados muestran que es factible desarrollar el pens-amiento crítico en los docentes y a su vez motivarlos paraavanzar en el mismo e implementarlo con sus estudiantes.Se observó que los docentes visualizan esta necesidad nosolo por lo planteado en la Ley de Educación Superior Co-lombiana, la cual trabaja el desarrollo del espíritu crítico,sino también con el objetivo de desarrollar habilidades ar-gumentativas, tomar decisiones por sí mismos, trabajar porun bien común, aprender del otro, saber refutar sus ideasy, además, diferenciar el ser de la otra persona de sus posi-ciones personales, para que no existan enfrentamientos ydiscordias personales.
其他摘要：This article is the result of a research with teachers of thePsychology program at the University of Nariño, the objec-tive was the development of critical thinking in those teach-ers. The study was proposed under the parameters of anaction research. The results show that this kind of thinkingis necessary for all professionals and that the best way todevelop is working with university teachers as they futureprofessionals. In this sense, the results show that it is feasi-ble to develop critical thinking in teachers and motivatingthem to progress on it and implement it with their students.It was found that teachers visualize this need not only for what was stated in the Higher Education Colombian Law,which works for developing critical attitudes but also withthe aim to develop argumentative skills, making decisionsby themselves, working for common goals, learning fromeach other, knowing about refuting ideas and further dis-tinguish other-person’s-being from their personal posi-tions, to avoid confrontations and personal discordance.
