其他摘要：AbstractTeaching-learning process implies to maintain high ed-ucational coverage and providing enough technical andhumanresourcestoachievequality.Thisarticleanalyzesthe challenges that must face educational institutions,syst ems and co mmunities because of the socioculturaldifficultiesp roperof theareasloca tedfarawayofthebigcitiesinunde rdevelopedcountries.Specifically,thisres earch examines the role of the educational commu-nityfromtheinfluencea reaofCamp oEscuelaColorado (CEC),inSantander-Colombia,regard ings ocialandcul-tural problems that impede the provision of educationalservices at all levels; this, based on an action researchapproach that involves communities in the analysis oftheir reality, and involves them also in the creation andimplementation of solving strategies, contextualized, inordertoimproveeducationalquality.
