摘要：La televisión de cobertura local en Cuba es el tema sobre el que se centra el presente artículo. Constituye una síntesis del estudio de la experiencia naci onal de televisión en los municipios desde su surgimiento, los elementos que la distinguen del resto de las estructuras de televisión y las características que posee como subsistema dentro del Sistema de la Televisión Cubana. Se auxilia para ello de la per spectiva cualitativa, a través de un acercamiento histórico-descriptivo y su carácter inductivo. Describe el fenómeno y su evolución a partir de la investigación bibliográfica y documental, entrevistas y encuestas a directivos, realizadores y periodistas d e los canales.
其他摘要：The current article focuses on the issue of local television in Cuba. It is presented as a review of relevant studies of the telev ision experience in several municipalities nationwide from early days, its distinctive features from ther television structures and its main characteristics as a subsystem within the National Cuban Television System. The topic is addressed from a qualitat ive perspective, through a historical - descriptive and inductive approach. The evolution of this type of initiatives and phenomena is described, from bibliographic and documental research, interviews and questionnaires to senior executives, TV producers, an d journalists from different channels.
