摘要：En los últimos tiempos, la comunidad científica ha venido mostrando un creciente interés por la gestión del conocimiento, interés que ha ido parejo al estudio de temas tales como: la visión de las empresas como organizaciones capaces de generar ventajas competitivas mediante el conocimiento, el capital intelectual y los activos intangibles, entre otros. Este artículo tiene como objetivo determinar las características de la gestión del conocimiento presentes en las empresas de servicios a pozos ubicadas en la Sub-región Costa Oriental del Lago del Estado Zulia Venezuela, prestando especial atención al papel del capital intelectual y la subjetividad. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva, con diseño no experimental, transeccional y de campo. La población estuvo conformada por los gerentes generales, supervisores y coordinadores de las empresas estudiadas para un total de 18 sujetos, a quienes se aplicó un cuestionario autoadministrado escala tipo likert, con 0,96 de confiabilidad. Se concluyó que las empresas en estudio presentan y aplican las características del capital intelectual y de la subjetividad en su gestión del conocimiento, dado que aprovechan ambos aspectos para el logro de sus objetivos organizacionales, sin embargo, se apreciaron amenazas relacionadas con la participación de agentes del entorno
其他摘要：In recent times, the scientific community has been showing an increasing interest in knowledge management, an interest that has developed along with the study of themes such as: the vision of companies as organizations able to generate competitive advantages through knowledge, intellectual capital and intangible assets, among others. The objective of this article is to determine the characteristics of knowledge management in companies that service wells located in the sub-region of the East Lake Coast in the State of Zulia Venezuela, paying special attention to the role of intellectual capital and subjectivity. Research was of the descriptive type, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, field design. The population consisted of the general managers, supervisors and coordinators of the companies under study for a total of 18 subjects, to whom a self-administered questionnaire was applied, designed with a Likert-type scale, with 0.96 reliability. Conclusions were that the companies under study presented and applied the characteristics of intellectual capital and subjectivity in their knowledge management, given that they take advantage of both aspects to achieve their organizational objectives.
