A los fines de nuestro discurso interesa en este orden hacer comentarios sobre las previas sendas para reclamar el pago de lo que se nos debe, haciendo especial énfasis en el requerimiento notarial y sus plausibles y ulteriores efectos ejecutivos, en caso de que el acreedor no vea satisfecho su crédito por esta forma de reclamación y se encuentre precisado de acudir a la vía contenciosa; al convertirse el acta de requerimiento en medio probatorio de una posible confesión extrajudicial de la deuda, sea expresa o tácita, susceptible de inmediata ejecución judicial.
