摘要：El artículo analiza el concepto responsabilidad social universitaria desde la perspectiva de los significados que le atribuyen un conjunto de partes interesadas internas y externas de una universidad pública española. La investigación se desarrolló mediante un enfoque cualitativo a través de 91 entrevistas semi-estructuradas, considerando los procedimientos establecidos por la Teoría Fundamentada de los datos como estrategia para analizar la información recopilada. Se identificaron tres grandes ejes para describir el concepto estudiado: relación de la universidad con la sociedad, gestión de los impactos sociales del quehacer universitario y las respuestas universitarias a las demandas sociales. Se concluyó que el concepto de responsabilidad social universitaria para el caso estudiado, se encuentra estrechamente relacionado con la capacidad institucional para devolver a la sociedad lo entregado por ella en cuanto al financiamiento, para lo cual la universidad debe acercarse más a las partes interesadas a fin de conocer cuáles son sus necesidades, lo que le permitirá implementar acciones más eficientes para apoyarlas en la solución de las problemáticas sociales.
其他摘要：The article analyzes the university social responsibility concept from the perspective of the meanings attributed to a number of internal and external stakeholders of a Spanish public university. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach through 91 semi-structured interviews, considering the procedures established by the Grounded Theory as a strategy to analyze the information collected. Three themes are identified to describe the concept studied: Relationship between the university and society, management of social impacts of university mission and university responses to social demands. It is concluded that the concept of social responsibility of universities for the studied case, is closely related to the institutional capacity to give back to society what it delivers in terms of funding, for which the university must get closer to stakeholders to know what your needs, allowing you to implement actions that are more efficient to support them in solving social problems.
