摘要：El objetivo del artículo es presentar un análisis de la formación científica en los alumnos sobresalientes profundizando enlos elementos y retos que la sociedad demanda. Se estudió el caso del Programa de Apoyo a Sobresalientes en el Estadode Sinaloa,en virtud de ser un programa que busca llevar a su máximo potencial el talento manifiesto en niños y jóvenessinaloenses. Para la investigación se realizaronentrevistas, observación y análisis de documentos utilizandola perspectivacualitativa, bajola óptica del modelo del rombo filosófico de Renée Bédard. Los resultados muestran como los alumnosdel programase están formando con una identidad científica, bajo ambientesque rescatan la creatividad, el compromiso yel impulso al talento con la circunscripción en la labor colaborativa y desarrollo humano,así mismoestántrabajandoenproyectos de investigación, desarrollo de productos e iniciativas en beneficiodel estado de Sinaloa.
其他摘要：SUMMARYThe aim of the paper is to present an analysis of scientific training outstanding students deepening into the elements andchallenges that society demands. For Support Program Highlights were studied in the state of Sinaloa, by virtue of being aprogram that seeks to bring its full potential talent manifest in children and young Sinaloa. For research interviews,observation and document analysis using qualitative perspective, the perspective of philosophical model rhombus RenéeBédard were performed. The results show that students in the program are being formed with a scientific identity underenvironments that rescue creativity, commitment and momentum talent with the constituency in collaborative work andhuman development, also are working on research projects, product development and initiatives for the benefit of the stateof Sinaloa.
