摘要:The objective of this paper is to analyze the theoretical and methodological basis for a nutrition education program in healthy food for the school community. Conceptual basis and the experience of a nutrition education intervention for parents and teachers are described. An innovative and participative methodology with the utilization of Information and Commu - nication Technologies (ICT) are presented. In this methodology parents and teachers transfer healthy food concepts to children at home and in the school. A proposal for an integral education model for schools is presented.
