摘要：La noción de populismo ha estado presenteen múltiples debates políticos y académicos,desde la segunda mitad del siglo XX hasta laactualidad, y ha adquirido significaciones yvaloraciones diversas. En este artículo se ana-liza el concepto de populismo desde la teoríalaclausiana de la hegemonía, centrándonosen su vinculación con las instituciones. Asi-mismo, se da cuenta de algunas de las recep-ciones que ha tenido este enfoque en Argen-tina, indagando las diferentes posturas en tor-no a la relación populismo-institucionalismo.A lo largo del texto se argumenta que, simul-táneamente a la creación de un pueblo, elpopulismo implica la definición de un nue-vo orden institucional.
其他摘要：The notion of populism appears frequentlyin political analysis and academic researchesabout Latin-American context since the1950s. It took part in multiple debatesand received different significations andvalorizations. The aim of this article is toexplore into the concept of populisminside the Ernesto Laclau’s hegemonytheory, especially considering its links withinstitutionalism. Also, we expose somereceptions of this perspective, taking intoaccount the different approaches about therelations between populism andinstitutions. Through the text we arguethat populism has to do with the creationof “the people” but, at the same time, itinvolves the definition of a newinstitutional order.
