摘要：La imagen de un peronismo centralizador yautoritario, aún hoy hegemónica en las cien-cias sociales, es en buena medida un legado delos argumentos “desperonizantes” de la “Re-volución Libertadora”. Estas interpretacioneshan sido construidas desde una perspectivatocquevilliana, asociando a priori las ideas dedescentralización, activación de la sociedad ci-vil y democracia. En este artículo retomaremosaquellas investigaciones que consideran a lospopulismos como fuerzas inclusivas ydemocratizantes, repensando las relacionesentre peronismo clásico e instituciones locales,una dimensión que ha sido poco analizada.En concreto, indagaremos en los cambios ycontinuidades que sufrieron los municipios ylos Consejos Escolares de la Provincia de Bue-nos Aires antes y después del peronismo.Populismo, institutiones locales y democracia.
其他摘要：The image of a centralizing and authoritarianPeronism, that is still hegemonic in socialsciences, is largely a legacy of the arguments“desperonizantes” of the “RevoluciónLibertadora”. These interpretations have beenbuilt since Tocqueville’s view, combining apriori ideas of decentralization, civil society’sactivation and democracy. In this article weuse those investigations that considerpopulism as inclusive and democratizingforces. This helps us to rethink therelationship between classical Peronism andlocal institutions, a dimension that has beenlittle discussed. Specifically, we investigate thechanges and continuities that have sufferedthe municipal government and local schoolboards in the province of Buenos Aires beforeand after Peronism.
