摘要：Luego de presentar, de manera escueta, losavances de la polémica en torno a los peligrosdel presidencialismo y los supuestos benefi-cios del parlamentarismo para la región, estasnotas formulan algunas advertencias en tor-no a esta polémica, discutiendo sus supues-tos y planteando sus deudas en la explica-ción de la inestabilidad presidencial recien-te. La reflexión apunta a alertar sobre los ries-gos de un nuevo determinismo.
