摘要：El propósito de este trabajo es revisar críticamentelas obras de Émile Durkheim y Karl Polanyicentrándonos en las convergencias que ambosmanifiestan al advertir y, en cierto modo antici-par, los límites del mercado para sustentar unorden social. Aunque situados en diferentes con-textos históricos y expresando tradiciones teóri-cas divergentes, ambos comparten una posturacrítica frente a la presunta autosuficiencia de losmercados autorregulados, desnudando los dile-mas de una sociedad de mercado. Con matices,coinciden al sugerir que libertad no equivale adesregulación y que la afirmación de la indivi-dualidad no debe confundirse con ausencia deregulación. Sus obras pueden leerse como inten-tos por fundamentar la necesidad de una ins-tancia de coordinación, proponiendo una co-nexión entre individuo, mercado y Estado queaún resulta fecunda para considerar este com-plejo vínculo en el presente.
其他摘要：AbstractThe purpose of this article is to make a criticalrevision of Émile Durkheim and Karl Polanyi’sworks focusing in the convergencies that bothof them express when they notice and, in partanticipate, the limits of the market to maintaina social order. Though they are set in differenthistorical contexts and they express divergingtheoretical traditions, both of them share acritical opinion against the supposed self-sufficiency of the self-regulated markets,showing the dilemmas of a market society. Withsome differences, they agree to suggest thatfreedom does not equal desregulation and thatthe statement regarding individuality must notbe confused with absence of regulation. Theirworks can be read as attempts to base the needfor an instance of coordination, suggesting aconnection between the individuals, the marketand the state which still seems valuable in orderto consider this complex link in the present.Libertad y regulación en una sociedad de mercado...
